April 2nd was supposed to be a nice day, but as nature would have it, the sun shone while the temperature dipped into the thirties. Wind howled through the Buffalo’s historic Elevator Alley, freezing fingers and toes of four hearty Niagara Frontier Plein Air Painters, Peggy, Carol, Sharon, and Kath.
In spite of the bitter cold they created some awesome images of the legendary Buffalo River grain elevators.
There is no picture that can tell you how cold this was!
