Laurene

Just some of the work completed today at the Riverworks complex in Buffalo. Of course we were downwind from 'My city smells like Cheerios" which is a bonus. But actually they make Triscits here now.

Mutual Waterfront Park

We could not ask for a better day.

Just one view from this park.

Lots of visitors watching us.

The lily pond attracts the most painters.

Liz Spector works on a 'memorial' canvas.

Pastels capture lilies closeup.

Great Baehre Conservancy

Nestled among bustle of suburban sprawl in Amherst this park is a jewel. Wildlife, wide walkways, old growth trees, and enough places to paint that I didn't find the others.

Buffalo History Museum And Spring

The Cherry Blossom Festival brought out painters as well as the rest of Buffalo on the prettiest Sunday of 2026.

Reception at WNYAG Gallery

Great art, a variety of foods to savor and friends. Our Buffalo exhibit is proclaimed a success. Open until July 10. Martha Rogala, exhibit chair Joan Shaw, NFPAP founder

Billy Wilson Park and Springtime

So nice to have a warm sunny day

NFPAP artists in the community

Jean MacDonald and Diane Groupil have art displays at the Grand Island Senior Center.

Thompson farm day

So many things to paint! The sun lasted all morning on this mid October day but the cat preferred people heat to sunshine.
